Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, we will gladly offer you a complete replacement at no additional cost.

 

Postage & Delivery

 

We do our very best to ensure your order is packed safely and securely. Once your package has been lodged with Australia Post, it is in their care.

    •    We are not responsible for breakages, delays, or missing items due to Australia Post.

    •    We encourage you to select tracked or insured postage at checkout for peace of mind.

 

Exchanges

 

We understand sometimes you may wish to exchange your item. We are happy to consider exchanges, and at our discretion, a postage fee may apply for the return or resending of exchanged items.
